I'm simulating a transient recharge on a 2D vertical section.
Since FEFLOW treates 2D sections as confined aquifers and my aquifer is UNconfined, my question is: is it a reasonable trick to attribute to the Storage Compressibility a value representing the specific yield, instead of the specific storage?
And working with the same section as an unsaturated media problem, I guess that I shall abandon this trick and give the Compressibility its "natural" value. Am I right?
Any help will be much appreciated,
