Projection

Hallo!

I'm using FEFLOW 5.3.  I want to ask about the map data (maps to add, coordinators of boreholes) that I can use in FEFLOW. I'm checking my map data in MapInfo.

- Which projection can I use ? (I have data in Projections: Gauss-Kruger (pulkovo 1942) and the national projection)

- Do coordinate units have to be in meter?
- Distance/Area using Spherical. Is it ok?

FEFLOW does not consider the actual projection. The basic requirements for the projection used are:
- Coordinate units have to be in meter.
- The system has to be rectangular (x/y)
