When using a batch file command-
is it possible to determine the 'time step between output'
like it is done at control output menu?

The only possibility is to use fixed time steps for the output: Prepare a text file with the output time steps and use the batch command -steps <file> to make FEFLOW use these output time steps. To produce output for each 2nd or 3rd ... step is not possible in batch mode.

maybe it something you will want to add to further versions of FEFLOW  ? ? ?
it helps when you need to have small time steps but want to avoid mega-files...
