Hello,

I am runing a model with PEST and I'm getting some error messages concerning problem domains of the model where the hydraulic head is falling beneath bottom. After finishing the run I try to find the problem domains in the mesh but don't know how to rapidly locate a certain element or node.

There's currently no possiblilty to rapidly find elements or nodes. The only way is to use the mesh inspector in 'Mesh geometry'. As a workaround, you could export the mesh (elements) or a nodal parameter (flow initials) and look for the element or node number in a GIS system.

:)
Tks, the idea with the export to GIS first and then look for the node number is very good and useful workaround.

Another way is to use pressure map.
use the "view results" for the bottom slice. pick "countours", "pressure", min value =0.
so the map show you where the pressure is negative, i.e. the head is below the bottom of model.
you can also export this countours to gis.
