Boundary conditions

For a steady flow/transient transport modeling, I set 3rd type BC for flow along a river. Do I have to set 3rd type BC for transport also along the same river? Thanks.

This depends on what you want to simulate. In many cases, it might be OK to set a fixed concentration with a constraint condition, so that the fixed concentration is only applied in case of inflow.
