Simulating River

How to simulate river in FEFLOW. I have following data about river:
River width
river stage
river bottom and conductance.

In FEFLOW itself, you can consider the river as a boundary condition. This means that you'd have to know the river water level and river bed conductance. If you need to simulate both hydrodynamics in the river and groundwater flow with their interaction, you can link FEFLOW to MIKE11 via the plug-in IfmMIKE11.

What tool I need to use to assign the river as a boundary condition. I have Feflow 6 only. We dont have MIKE 11 or IfmMIKE11 plug-in.
Is IfmMIKE11 plug-in is freeware or we need to buy it.
