I would like to ask about ideal selection of solver and its settings for simulating BHE in Rock medium with practically no porous flow. I have searched on the internet and none of the papers dealing with this topic mentioned solver. I am simulating deep BHE (kilometers) and my mesh consists of 100 000s of nodes. I am currently using just the standard solver and when I start the simulation, it automatically uses BICGSTABP my other setting are: error tolerance = 1, number of ite.=15 everything seems to be great but I would like to know whether other solvers are more efficient.
