I have a "veteran" single-computer license for Feflow 5.2. It works well on an XP machine that I have, but the dongle is not recognized on a newer Windows 7 machine (Professional version, Service Pack 1 installed).
I found other posts where people have encountered a similar problem, but haven't found a solution. I installed the dongle first, plug-and-play, Win7 indicated that device was installed properly. Then installed the license manager, then FeFlow 5.2. Also restarted the computer, but didn't help. The Dongle Hostid doesn't recognize the dongle, and neither does the License Management.
Could it be a driver issue? Under what name should the Dongle appear in the Device Manager?
