Does FEFLOW support exporting models to .obj or .stl  file formats to use for 3D printing?  If not, could you recommend a workaround?

At the moment, FEFLOW does not allow the export of *.obj and *.stl file formats. Reading routines for pre-processing are available.

Exporting dxf with a later conversion to stl or obj might work well. There are lots of tools that could do a conversion, e.g., Blender.
