Feflow and Windows Vista

I have tried to install Feflow on my new laptop after downloading Exceed 2006, the license manager and Feflow itself. Once everything set up, I can not actually open Feflow as an error occurs in relation with Exceed 2006.  Do any of you have experimented any compatibility problem between Windows Vista and Exceed before ? Wasy downloading menu suggests that the downloadable version of Exceed 2006 is compatible but Exceed owner company is not that clear about the 2006 version and Windows Vista (as they have a version 2008 now anyway).
Thanks to give me some feed back about this as it may just be a problem of local (security) setting on my laptop.

The 2006 version of Exceed used by FEFLOW is compatible with Windows Vista. For determining the reason for the problem it would be good if you could provide some more details about the error message encountered.
Please note that FEFLOW is fully compatible with Windows Vista, but DHI-WASY does currently not recommend to run FEFLOW on Vista as graphics performance is much poorer than on other operating systems like Windows XP.
