Hi all,

I set up a 3D steady flow-transient transport model. I put a flow sink on the top  layer, and the results showed that contaminant accumulated along the sink, and had a very high concentration (5 times higher than the contaminant sources) along the sink. What is the reason for this problem? When you put a sink there, is the contaminant also removed from the model domain? Or you have to put a contaminant sink there simutaneously? Any help  would be appreciated.

As sources/sinks are often used for evaporation, they do not act as sinks for mass.
