my feflow5.1 demo - femap can't be opened ,it says that 'tiff34.dlll' has broken

after i set up the feflow 5.1 demo and i launch the femap ,it says that 'tiff34.dlll' has broken. why? is there something wrong in the set up program.

Please install the latest patch for FEFLOW 5.1 from [url=http://www.wasy.de/english/produkte/feflow/download_ov.html]http://www.wasy.de/english/produkte/feflow/download_ov.html[/url]. This bug has been listed (number 12) and fixed from patch 5.103 on.
