Hello,

Working on feflow 5.3 i would like to know how to input time varying values for in/out flow on top/bottom.
In my case, i have only one time varying values area (IN/OUT flow on top/bottom).
I use "Assign" mode "database" to put a "trp" and a "pow "file.
But it seems not working. Maybe the files syntax are wrong...

Pow file syntax:

IN/OUT flow

1  40.79092166
2  40.79092166
3  40.79092166
4  40.79092166
5  40.79092166
6  40.79092166
7  40.79092166
8  40.79092166
9  40.79092166
10  40.79092166
11  4.51337741
12  4.51337741
13  4.51337741
14  4.51337741
15  4.51337741
16  4.51337741
17  4.51337741
18  4.51337741
19  4.51337741
20  4.51337741
21  47.79894295
22  47.79894295
23  47.79894295
24  47.79894295
25  47.79894295
26  47.79894295
27  47.79894295
28  47.79894295
29  47.79894295
30  47.79894295
31  47.79894295
32  13.10782408
...
END
END

trp file syntax:

338833 7692977 1
337962 7678601 1
367314 7692705 1
368022 7678873 1
END

I think there is a mistake in the first two lines of pow file. And i'm not sur that "numzone column" for trp file is exact. Then, trp file need information (first two lines) like pow file ???

Set problem class to transient
In flow materials, set tool below mesh inspector to "T-list", then click in/outflow button.  Click and hold "assign current distribution" and select "assign to new time levels".  "load" your POW file.  To see POW file format, read the "file_formats.pdf" downloadable from from FEFLOW web site or enter a few values and save what you enter to a file to see how FEFLOW writes the file.
