Forms and GUIs

I'm looking for some example code for the use of forms within an IFM. 

Is the approach to add and desgign a Form using Visual C++ or is there a specific IFM approach?

There's no specific IFM approach. In our work, we've mostly been using MFC and - used also for FEFLOW itself - Qt.
