Adjust the Appearance of a Plot Window

I am new to WEST and trying to go through the tutorial "TwoASU". I am currently stuck bcos I cant make any adjustment in the properties pane. example when I go to the plot menu and select Header in the properties pan nothing pops up for me to make any adjustment ......  :( :( :(.. I guess I am doing something wrong... help help !!!

Nothing is actually supposed to pop-up, only to "get focus".
So it may be that the Properties pane is hidden behind another pane, or even close. Either way, as soon as you bring it to the foreground, you will be able to make the changes you want.

Sorry to ask, but how do I bring it to the foreground :o

You select in the ribbon bar the 'View' tab page.
Afterwards in the System menu (dropdown), you will find the item 'Properties'.

Or you can use the shortcut Ctrl+W, P.
