WEST-Matlab Linkage Guide

I'm trying to familiarize myself with the WEST - Matlab linkage but I haven't found any information in the Users Guide. I have understood that there is a specific guide or document for this purpose I can't find anywhere. Could anyone tell me where can I get it?
