Create new block with top level parameters (WEST16)

Dear,

having an existing layout with a number of CSTRs and relative set of top level parameters, is there s fast way to add (a) new CSTR(s) and make its parameters also top level without having to check every single cell in the top-level parameters window?

Hi Giacomo,
not sure what you mean by "every single cell": but you should be able to just tic the specific parameter's check box in the top-level parameter's [b]Links[/b] drop-down, for the newly added block.

indeed, now I had to tick a checkbox for each of the ~170 parameter times 6 new blocks. Which wasn't a small task :)
I was looking for a quicker way to do this.

Ok, I see what you mean - I thought it was a matter of 1 parameter for 1 new block.
A work-around may be that you delete all the existing top-level parameters and re-create them: by 1) multi-selecting the relevant blocks and all the parameters; and 2) dragging-dropping them on the top-level parameters window.

I guess when you do that you will loose all the changed parameter values, right?
