Thermophilic operation

Hi,

I would like to ask if the digestion model is able to simulate a thermophilic operation condition, or if above 42ºC, the model is not able to reproduce the real behavior.

To my knowledge, it's never been tested / calibrated in that temperature range: I assume the current default values for the parameters are reliable for the mesophilic range only.
