Dear All

I am using MIKE FLOOD with nested bathymetry (90 m, 30 m, 10 m). The set up is working fine with individual bathymetry. But with the same parameter it shows blow-up error ( in area 3). Please help.

Hi pmani,

While there can be a number of reasons for that error, the first thing I would check is the CFL (Courant number). If it surpasses 1 your model will become unstable and it can blow up just like it did in your case. There are 2 quick ways to fix that: either reduce the time step or increase the mesh element size.

Best regards,

Did you perform the border adjustment on the grids?
