Hello,

Is there a way to change chainage names in .xns? For example I have chainages that are written with decimal numbers and I need them to be round numbers. How can I do that?

Kind regards,
Nina

Hello,

Yes, you can modify the chainage of cross sections: right click on the chainage of the CS from the tree view from left side -> Click on Rename... -> In the new window , under the section New name, modify the chainage by removeing the decimals. Please see the attached image.

Hi Nina,

since the cross section file is an ASCII - file, you could run a python script over it which does the work for you.
The entries in the xns11 - files are very clearly defined and can be identified by scripts.
