Today i have a problem which i can not solve. i have the raw data like in the picture 1 ( discharge)[img][/img] . so my problem is that i do not know the way to adjust this data before inputting into time series which is boundary at upstream for a river. it is not stable and smooth. please help me and see my picture below.
