What is the solution for Warning No 62: The water level boundary condition at r

I am getting this Warning no 62, stating: The water level boundary condition at river (Branch Name): _____Chainage meter was below the bed level 175344 times during the simulation. The boundary condition was set equal to the bed level (i.e. dry out).

Can anyone suggest me  the solution over this?

I'm not sure if the cause is the same. If you have set up a boundary condition for that chainage, like a water level, you should make sure it is above the bed level.
