hello,
I am working in Delta of river while running MIKE11 getting warnings as

Warning No 65[/b]: In river KUSHABHADRA : 0.000 meter there is a difference
in the bed level of the rivers meeting at the intersection.
The lowest bed level (15.416 meter) is found in river KUAKHAI-BHARGAVI at
chainage 27114.222 meter. The highest level (19.799 meter) is found in river KUSHABHADRA at
                chainage 0.000 meter.

Warning No 47: At the h-point: KANDAL : 21951.578 meter
the water level has fallen below the bottom of the slot 923 times.

What is the explanation to these warnings and how to correct these?

I'm assuming you have at least two river branches: this warning means that the two connecting cross-sections have very different minimum elevations thus the program detects a "jump" in the river bed profile and triggers that warning.  The second warning is related to the first warning and shoudl go away if you equate the minimum elevations of both cross-sections ( KUAKHAI-BHARGAVI at
chainage 27114.222 and USHABHADRA at chainage 0.000).
