Unless you have some special features inside your network file, you should be able to change the version number of the network file by simply open the NWK11-file in a text-editor and change the version-number to 114, save it and open it in the MIKE version that you have currently installed.
Top-section in nwk11-file :
[MIKE_11_Network_editor]
[FORMAT_VERSION]
verno = 114
EndSect // FORMAT_VERSION
