I inherited an old MIKESHE model and I am working on updating it. I had to change the model domain and now when I try to complete the pre-processing I get this error, "Invalid origin of input file (origin of land use file). Must be located an integer no. of simulation grid cells from the simulation grid origin (origin of domain file)."

I can't seem to find any help anywhere. I have done work re-creating the landuse file, but I am having no luck. Any ideas what may be my problem?

Thanks,
Angelica

Hi
Sorry for not seeing this sooner.
Have you been able to solve your origin issue?
The problem is related to the fact that MIKE SHE cannot interpolate integer grid code values, such as vegetation and soils zones.
So, you will get this error if your vegetation grid code file does not line up exactly with your model grid.
