It's straightforward to get FEFLOW to output hydraulic head over time at a single observation point (I can get this as a graph and export a time series of the data points). However, I would like to get an output of hydraulic head along a cross-section.
As a very simple example, if I run a 2D vertical model (steady-state) with a length of 1 km, transmissivity of 250 m2/d, a Fluid Flux BC of -0.5E-3 m/d across the top of the model, and a hydraulic head BC of 50 m at one end of the cross section, I would like to show that the hydraulic head at every point along the 1 km cross-section matches up with what I would predict from solving the problem analytically.
Specifically, I would like to plot hydraulic head values from my analytical solution at several points along the 1 km cross-section, and compare them with the values of hydraulic head along the cross section as computed by FEFLOW. To do this, I would like to be able to export the hydraulic head values along the entire cross-section, but I am not sure how to do that (aside from using the inspector tool to look at the value at each point and then typing that value manually into a spreadsheet). Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
